Go on then, I'll start it off with my first post here.
20km run around town. Had planned 25km, but a dodgy stomach cut things short for today.

Good job mudman - where abouts are you based?

We have the Busselton Half Ironman here this weekend - 36 team members racing - should be fun!

I'm in Aberdeen, Bonnie Scotland, mountains to run up, hills to cycle up and lochs and the North Sea to swim in.
Shame it's bloody cold and rains all the time

Beautiful place Aberdeen - was there in Oct '06 running a couple of Swim Smooth Clinics. A few of us from over here in Perth will be over in July (Edinburgh) so may well see you about if you ever get down that far.

Cheers
