Shelley Time Trial Results - 16th January 2008:

Unfortunately I do not have full details of everyone's "Shelley 11km" Time Trial Results from Wednesday 16th January - please add your result to this thread for future reference.

Example - Paul Newsome:

Date: Wednesday 16th January
Weight: 68kg
Average Power: 311 watts (making FTP = ~295w)
Average HR: 180bpm
Time: 17'36"
Average Speed: 38.6km/h

Goal for next TT:

320w & ~40km/h (weather dependent).
